Job Description:
We are looking for experienced telesales professionals to contact UK businesses, speak to key decision-makers regarding their foreign exchange requirements, and discuss how NewbridgeFX can help enhance and add value to the company’s current process
- Cold-call UK businesses to source and generate potential new clients
- Maintain contact with potential clients via Phone and Email
- Build an active list of potential corporate clients
- Demonstrate a good understanding of NewbridgeFX and the products and service we provide
- Record and maintain accurate client data on our CRM
- Successfully convert leads into registered clients which are then passed on to the dealing team to manage going forward
Experience:
Essential
- Previous telesales experience
- Demonstrable ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Highly motivated, proactive and use own initiative to overcome obstacles and solve problems
Desirable
- Previous foreign exchange and international payments experience
